My wife and I go out to eat quite frequently and we often find ourselves critiquing the food, the decor, the menu and the service of restaurants we visit.

Actually, we all do this. It is the internal mechanism that allows us to decide if we are going to re-visit a restaurant and give them our business again.

We have often said we should blog about our experiences as we have often found the experiences of others to be interesting and often very true. So, with this thought in mind, we are starting "My Food Opinion". It could have been My Restaurant Opinion but really this blog is going to compass all food, food from buffets, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, carry-in lunches and more. So to cover the gamut, we set the name as "My Food Opinion".

We would love to hear your opinion as a comment to any of our blog postings if you have visited the same place. Maybe we caught the chef or server on a bad night and you had a much better experience. Maybe you had a similar experience. There is often truth in multiple consistent opinions so feel free to chime in. This blog is as much for you as it is a recollection of the places we have been and plan to return to.
